Blanket And Roller Wash for Presses Printing Alternatively with UV And Conventional Inks

It is suitable for both manual cleaning and for use in automatic washing systems, if printing with conventional or UV inks on the same press, i. e. dual purpose printing. Bottcherin Combi may also be used for cleaning when printing with hybrid inks.

2. Water miscible, free of aromatics, corrosion inhibited
3. Good dissolving power of UV drying and conventional inks
4. Also usable for cleaning hybrid inks from rollers and blankets
5. Good chemical compatibility with printing rollers for conventional inks and dual purpose printing
6. not suitable for 100 % UV roller qualities (EPDM)
7. May attack non baked positive plates - spot check required before use

Note

We recommend setting the washing system to optimise the cleaning cycle and Bottcherin Combi performance. In case of manual cleaning, use Bottcherin Combi undiluted. Apply the wash to the blanket or roller, then finally rinse with water until all ink and cleaning agent residues have been removed.

Follow the automatic washing system manufacturers’ operating instructions. If manual cleaning with a hand rag, wear protective gloves during application, follow all press safety instructions.

Bottcherin Combi is classified and marked in accordance with EC - Directive 1999/45/EC - in its latest version. Bottcherin Combi is not a dangerous good in the sense of national and international transport regulations.
